Confidentiality in Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions involve multiple participants. While Paulina Cossette LLC encourages confidentiality among members, I cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain the privacy of shared discussions. By participating in group coaching, you agree not to share any personal, business, or proprietary information from group sessions outside the program.
No Guaranteed Confidentiality
Paulina Cossette LLC strives to create a safe and supportive group coaching environment. However, due to the group nature of coaching, I cannot guarantee that discussions, personal details, or business insights shared during sessions will remain private. By participating, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Paulina Cossette LLC are not liable for any unauthorized sharing of information by other participants.
By using the Site, you understand that I am a freelance academic editing and coaching business providing coaching and training services for aspiring academic editors and coaches. I am not an attorney, CPA, accountant, and/or financial advisor. You should consult a professional in those areas (financial, legal, accounting, etc.) where you live or work to discuss issues or questions pertaining to your particular legal, financial, or business situation. To maintain a positive and constructive group coaching environment, all participants agree to:
- Communicate respectfully with other participants and the coach.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct during sessions.
- Allow equal participation and avoid dominating conversations in ways that limit the experience for others.
Right to Remove Disruptive Clients
Paulina Cossette and Paulina Cossette LLC reserve the right to remove any participant from group coaching sessions at Paulina’s sole discretion if they engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior. No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
